Hottie Body Pole Express

Ready for our AM Pole Burn!! Come bust that metabolism for the rest of your day with a full body workout. This class includes strength building and some booty shaken cardio fitness. This class is for all skill levels and will include strength, core and flexibility training to get you in top shape. Get that Diva ready for the burn!!! The pole will be used as a prop to workout with. It’s a full body workout geared to help you burn calories, lose unwanted body fat, tone your arms, shape your legs, tighten your butt & define your abs. Every class is different each time you come!!

Hottie Body Chair Sculpt

Do you want to dance like a video vixen? This class will teach you sizzling new vixen dance moves while sweating off those calories, building core strength and improving your posture. This is a great class for those of you that want to improve your cardio fitness, learn some sexy chair moves and cut down on that belly bulge.
