You've mastered your spins and built your strength from the ground up in Pole Foundations.
Now it's time to level up & work on the 2 things everyone who starts poling wants to learn... Climbing and inversions! This class focuses on the many varied Pole climbs (Forearm, Side, Booty, Veena, Mermaid, Crossover and more) as well as core strength conditioning to get into your invert safely. In addition to inverts, inverted and upright static pole poses will be mastered in preparation for Level 3: Climbs & Combos.
We require 8 Climbs & Inverts classes before attempting Climbs & Combos, and we recommend continuing to refine your skills in Climbs & Inverts as often as you can
It's time to take the strong moves you built in Climbs & Inverts, and start putting them together into combos! This class will focus on intermediate to advanced pole moves being done in succession before dismounting from the pole. This class will also help you gain or strengthen your existing aerial inverts, aerial shoulder mounts, handsprings, and other advanced moves.
Must attend a minimum of 8 Level 2: Climbs & Inverts classes, have a good handle on level 2 moves, a confident and proper invert, and preferably a basic shoulder mount, to attend.

Spinning Pole: Level 1-2
All of your favorite Level 1-2 Pole moves, without the pin! Experience pole in motion as the pole spins while you move about it. Spin is a favorite of many, but can also be difficult for those who experience motion sickness. We recommend taking ginger or travel sickness medication prior to this class if you believe you will feel ill while on spin.
